Return Policy
Items purchased from Lavalparts.com are eligible for return for 30 days from the date of your original purchase. Items must be in like-new condition unless there is a manufacturing defect with the product.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, Laval Underground Surveys LLC reserves the right to replace the product with a like-new item in lieu of a refund. Shipping fees to and from our headquarters are not eligible for a refund.

Once an item arrives at our headquarters, it may take up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business dates for the refund to be reflected in your account.

To Initiate a Return
Prior to sending your product back for a return, a Return to Merchant Authorization (RMA) number will need to be issued. To receive your RMA number, please email info@lavalunderground.com or call
