After using the R-Cam 1000/1300, SC-350/500, or DW-1500/2000 portable well camera systems for a period of time, the connection at the end that attaches to the camera will experience normal wear and will need to be replaced.  Replacing the cable head is a simple procedure and something that happens on all cables with a terminated connection.  To minimize downtime and prevent the system from being sent to our facility, we have put together a simple re-head kit for our Kevlar-reinforced single conductor, coaxial cable.  It consists of:

• 1 underwater connector
• 2 Metal Halves
• 4 Allen Head Screws
• Epoxy with Syringe Dispenser
• 1 Piece of Water Tight Shrink Tubing
• 1 Piece Cable Strain Relief
• 1 Set of instructions with diagrams to perform the re-head procedure
